Quality Warranty: For the entire machinery, and each subsystem, we only supply confined feature guarantee lest stated any other way. Defects due to faulty equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the attribute warranty. We shall not be held accountable for misuse or everyday wear and tear of your machine. Aforestated is accordingly not covered by our warranty. Deterioration can often be repaired that aren't covered under warranty, at minimum cost. Quotations are gladly accessible on appeal.

We provide limited product warranty on the parts of the machine, and for such periods, as set out below, as well as the relevant subsystem to such parts. The quality warranty is intended to cover, and is accordingly limited to, defects arising due to faulty materials or poor craftsmanship in relation to production and manufacture of the machine. We shall not be responsible for common wear and tear nor misuse of the machine or relevant parts.

Service Plan: The machine(s) you are going to purchase requires a routine service. Reviewing and positioning, common cleaning , as well as general wear and tear replacement at a minimum cost are concealed in the service plan. It is vital that your machinery is fixed within the equal of double that period, should you not service your machine(s) in the suggested service period, otherwise your service guarantee will be useless and ineffective. Should you fail to adhere to the terms of the machine’s Service Schedule and/or not service your machine within the mandatory service intervals, then the Product Warranty shall automatically lapse and we shall no longer be responsible for the service of the machine(s), unless we otherwise agree to service the machine pre agreed cost, and provided that such ad hoc or sporadic service to the machine shall not be regarded as having revived the Product Warranty insofar as the Product Warranty may have lapsed by virtue of the failure to adhere to the Service Schedule.
Call-out Service & Fee: Anytime a technician supplies a service at your establishment, it points to to a call-out. Lest the call-out is covered by any of the above plans or confirmed by the managers, a call-out fee will be required. At the instant of this quotation, 1 technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays including R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Touring costs to your establishment including accommodation if essential, are on your account, accompanying the call-out cost. We recommend that you arrange that the specialist gets picked up including sent back. If you would choose for us to travel to you, the prevailing rate is R 9.95/kilometer amplified by the driving distance between our place and your property.Those fees may vary time by extent without notice, so kindly inquire about call out and travel costs ahead of time. A Call-out refers to any time a technician provides a service at your premises. Unless the call-out is covered by any of the above plans or arranged by the management, a call-out fee will be charged. At the time of this quotation, one technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays and R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.In addition to the call-out charge, travel costs to your premises as well as accommodation if necessary are on your account. We prefer that you arrange that the technician picked up and sent back. If you would like us to travel to you, the current rate is R 9.95/km multiplied by the driving distance between our branch and your premises. Those charges may change time by time without notice, so kindly enquire about call-out and travel costs beforehand. Barring work to be undertaking under the Product Warranty, any maintenance (whether in accordance with the Service Schedule or otherwise), repair or part replacement (whether hardware or software) will be affected at our earliest availability on a first come first serve booking basis, subject to the availability of parts (given the age of the machine) and provided that you have accepted our quotation for such maintenance, repair or part replacement services.
Maintenance Plan (Check-up Callouts): If you would prefer to know whether the machine is fitted to function optimally, or you simply want our specialist to take a look at your appliance for your contentment, our servicing plan is suited for you. We will not require any cost for the technician we supply. Our technician will be able to supply you with advice on whether an alternative or additional servicing or spare reinstatement is needed or whether everything is in order. Bookings have to be made for adjustments or excessive labour work to be done at your/our quickest convenience as no reconstruction or any such labour actions will be carried out during servicing visits. If at any time you would like to ensure that your machine is set to function optimally, or you simply want our technician to inspect your machine then you are welcome to call us and make a booking for Check-up Callout and one of our technicians will come out to you, at the cost of travel and reduced or waived standard call-out cost. Our technician will be able to advise whether the machine is functioning optimally or whether additional service, repair or part replacements are, or may be, needed. Unfortunately, no repair or intense labour work will be carried within our Check-up Callout, but a booking can be made for such maintenance or repair work to be carried out at our earliest availability.
Training Course: Our premises offers primary and/or overall training courses for all machinery we sell. More improved training can be bought after the primary course has been achieved however first principal entry courses is included in your machine purchase. We offer basic and/or comprehensive training courses through our training facility for all machines we sell. First basic entry course is included in your machine purchase; more advanced training can be obtained after the basic course has been passed.
Barcode System: A unique barcode is provided with all our mainline of machines. You will thus always be able to analyze the machine's assurance report and servicing history on our website or while disconnected - in any style and at any moment. Our machines warranty and service are valued by us using the barcode. This protects your maximum benefit on both the selling and servicing of your machinery's. All our mainline of machines are sold with a unique barcode. You will therefore always be able to check the machine's warranty information and service history on our website or mobile app - in any way and at any time. We honour our machines' warranty and service by using the barcode. This ensures your maximum convenience on both the maintenance and resell of your machinery.
Latest Model Quoted: The above tender involves our advanced model, therefore the climax, specs and additions are suitable thereto. Beneficially enquire from our sales clerk as to the period model cited. Based on minor completion or insignificant layout, you will be designated to collect a 5% exemption on former models, in which case we do not have the advanced model available. The quotation above pertains to our newest model, and as such the highlights, specifications, accessories are applicable thereto.
