Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the entire machine, including any subsystem, we only supply restricted attribute guarantee except stated elseways. Shortages by reason of faulty equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the feature warranty. We cannot be held responsible for mis-usage or common wear and tear of your machinery. For this reason aforesaid will not be covered by our guarantee. Definitely, damages that are not covered under warranty can regularly be repaired at a minimal cost. Quotations will be gladly accessible upon demand.Routine service is required by the machine(s) you are going to obtain. The concealed service plan includes basic cleaning, analyzing and positioning, as well as basic decrement replacement at a minimal cost. Your service warranty will be invalid and meaningless if you do not service your machinery in the suggested service or if it is not improved in the equal of twice that period.
