The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We offer limited feature warranty on each subsystem unless stated elseways, including on the whole machinery. Poor craftsmanship along with unfit material shortages are covered by the attribute guarantee. Frequent wear and tear or mis-usage of your product is not our constraint. Our warranty will therefore not cover aforesaid. Naturally, damages that aren't covered under warranty can often be repaired at a minimum cost. Quotations are readily available on demand.Regular service is needed by the machinery you are going to purchase. Checking and adjustment, basic cleaning , as well as everyday depletion restoration at a minimal cost are enclosed within the service plan. It is required that your machine(s) is serviced in the equivalent of twice that period, if you do not service your machinery within the recommended service period, otherwise your service guarantee will be invalid and not viable. Meaning that in which case we recommend that your machinery is improved once every 3 months, it is vital that you get your machine serviced in every 6 month period or your warranty will not be legit.
When a service is provided at your premises by a technician, it refers to a call-out. Unless the call-out is enclosed by each and every time of the above mentioned plans or approved by the the company, a call-out cost will be required. At the extent of this quotation, one technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for working days, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays including R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.Accompanying the call-out cost, travel costs to your premises and accommodation if essential, are on your account. We prefer that you arrange that the technician gets picked up as well as sent back.
