The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We offer limited characteristic guarantee on the entire machinery, and any subsystem lest stated differently. Shortages due to faulty materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the quality guarantee. We aren't responsible for frequent wear and tear or mis-usage of your machinery. Our warranty will therefore not cover aforestated. Deterioration can often be repaired that are not covered under guarantee, at minimum cost. Upon demand, quotations are readily available.The machine(s) you are going to purchase compels a regular service. The included service plan encloses standard cleaning, analyzing and calibration, as well as everyday wear and tear reinstatement at a minimal cost. Should you not service your machine(s) within the suggested service period, it is crucial that your machinery is serviced in the equivalent of dual that period otherwise your service warranty will be invalid and void. Meaning, you must get your machinery improved within every six month period, if we preferred that your machinery is improved once every three months or your warranty will not be credible.
A Call-out points to to each and every time instant a specialist offers a service at your premises. Except when confirmed by managers or concealed by any of the above named plans, a call-out cost will be charged. At the extent of this quotation, one technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for working days, R 4 995.00 for weekends and R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Touring costs to your place as well as settlement if required, are on your account, along with the call-out charge. The arrangements for the technician to get picked up including sent back are preferred to be made by you. You will therefore constantly be able to review the machinery's assurance report and service history on our website or offline - in any style and at any moment. Our machines guarantee and assistance are valued by us using the barcode. This insures your supreme convenience on both the reselling and maintenance of your machinery's.
The reference above pertains to our brand new model, and as such the focus points, specifications and attachments are applicable thereto.
