However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Everyday decrement reinstatement at a minimal cost, analyzing and calibration as well as everyday cleaning are enclosed within the service plan. Your service guarantee will be null and ineffective if you do not service your machine in the suggested service or if it is not rectified in the equivalent of double that period. This is to say, if we choose that your machine is serviced once every 3 months, you should get your machine improved within every 6 month period or your guarantee will not be valid.
Whenever a service is provided at your place by a specialist, it points to to a call-out. A call-out cost will be charged lest the call-out is enclosed by each of the above mentioned plans or accepted by the management. At the instant of this quotation, 1 specialist for one day is R 1 499.00 for working days, R 4 995.00 for weekends and R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.Along with the call-out fee, touring costs to your place and accommodation if crucial, are on your account.
