The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the whole machine, including any subsystem, we only supply constrained feature warranty if not stated otherwise. Poor craftsmanship including unreliable material shortages are covered by the characteristic warranty. We cannot be held liable for misuse or common wear and tear of your component. For this reason aforesaid will not be covered by our guarantee. Deterioration can generally be repaired that are not covered under guarantee, at minimum cost. Quotations are immediately available on inquiry.Routine service is required by the machine(s) you are going to purchase. Reviewing and arrangement, common cleaning , as well as standard decrement replacement at a minimum cost are included within the service plan. Your service warranty will be invalid and meaningless if you do not service your machinery in the recommended service or if it is not fixed in the equal of dual that period. Meaning, you should get your machinery improved within every six month period, if we choose that your machine is serviced once every 3 months or your guarantee will not be valid.
