Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the whole machinery, and any subsystem, we only offer bounded quality warranty if not stated differently. Weaknesses due to defective components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the quality warranty. We are not at fault for common wear and tear or mis-usage of your machinery. Accordingly aforestated will not be covered by our guarantee. Damages can generally be repaired that are not covered under warranty, at minimal cost. Quotations are gladly available on appeal.Routine service is due by the machine(s) you are going to buy. Common depletion reinstatement at a minimal cost, reviewing and positioning as well as common cleaning are covered within the service plan. It is required that your machine(s) is improved in the equivalent of dual that period, if you do not service your machinery in the preferred service period, otherwise your service guarantee will be null and ineffective. Meaning, if we recommend that your machine is serviced once every 3 months, you have to get your machine improved in every 6 month period or your guarantee will not be efficient.
Anytime a specialist offers a service at your premises, it points to to a call-out. Lest confirmed by the company or covered by any of the above mentioned plans, a call-out fee will be requested.
