The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We offer confined quality warranty on any subsystem except stated elseways, including on the whole machine. Poor craftsmanship including unfit equipment defects are covered by the trait guarantee. We aren't responsible for frequent wear and tear or misuse of your machine. Our warranty will for this reason not cover aforementioned. Damages can regularly be repaired that aren't covered under guarantee, at minimum cost. Quotations will be gladly vacant upon inquiry.Routine service is needed by the machinery you are going to purchase. The enclosed service plan contains common cleaning, investigation and positioning, as well as general depletion restoration at a minimum cost. Should you not service your machine(s) in the chosen service period, it is compulsory that your machine(s) is serviced within the equal of twice that period otherwise your service warranty will be worthless and meaningless. We honour our machinery's assurance and assistance by using the barcode. This secures your maximum comfort on both the reselling and maintenance of your machinery's.
