The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide restricted attribute guarantee on each subsystem except stated differently, and on the whole machine. Weaknesses as a result of defective components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the attribute warranty. We would not be held at fault for misuse or general wear and tear of your equipment. Thus aforesaid will not be covered by our guarantee. Naturally, deterioration that aren't covered under guarantee can usually be repaired at a minimal cost. Quotations are gladly available on demand.The machine(s) you are going to obtain compels a routine service. The concealed service plan includes common cleaning, checking and arrangement, as well as everyday depletion replacement at a minimal cost. Your service warranty will be worthless and void should you not service your machinery in the suggested service or if it is not rectified within the equivalent of double that period.
