The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.

The characteristic guarantee covers errors by cause of unreliable equipment or poor craftsmanship We cannot be held at fault for mis-usage or common wear and tear of your product. For this reason aforementioned would not be covered by our guarantee. Damages can usually be repaired that are not covered under guarantee, at minimal cost. Quotations will be gladly available upon demand.The machinery which you are going to buy, will be needing a regular service. Checking and adjustment, everyday cleaning , as well as everyday wear and tear replacement at a minimal cost are enclosed in the service plan. Your service guarantee will be null and meaningless if you do not service your machinery in the suggested service or if it is not serviced in the equal of double that period.
