The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide bounded feature guarantee on the entire machinery, and any subsystem if not stated otherwise. Shortages by cause of defective materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the attribute guarantee. We cannot be held accountable for mis-usage or everyday wear and tear of your component. Our warranty will therefore not cover aforesaid. Damages can often be repaired that aren't covered under guarantee, at minimum cost. Upon appeal, quotations are promptly vacant.The machine(s) which you are going to purchase, will be needing a routine service. The covered service plan contains everyday cleaning, reviewing and calibration, as well as everyday wear and tear replacement at a minimum cost. Your service warranty will be useless and meaningless should you not service your machinery within the recommended service or if it is not serviced in the equivalent of twice that period. Meaning, you must get your machinery rectified within every 6 month period, if we choose that your machinery is serviced once every 3 months or your warranty will not be efficient.
Whenever a service is supplied at your place by a specialist, it points to to a call-out. Except when confirmed by managers or included by each of the above plans, a call-out cost will be charged. 1 technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, Traveling for weekends including R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays at the instant of this quotation.Accommodation as well as traveling costs to your property, along with the call-out fee, are on your account if necessary. The adjustments for the technician to get picked up including sent back are recommend to be made by you.
