The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the entire machine, as well as any subsystem, we only offer limited quality warranty unless stated otherwise. Weaknesses by reason of defective components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the attribute warranty. Frequent wear and tear or mis-usage of your machinery is not our responsibility. Thus aforestated shall not be covered by our guarantee. Deterioration can generally be repaired that aren't covered under warranty, at minimum cost. Quotations will be immediately vacant upon request.Routine service is needed by the machinery you are going to buy. General depletion reinstatement at a minimum cost, investigation and calibration as well as standard cleaning are included within the service plan. If you do not service your machine(s) within the recommended service period, it is compulsory that your machine(s) is fixed within the equivalent of dual that period elseways your service guarantee will be invalid and ineffective. Meaning, if we suggested that your machinery is serviced once every three months, you have to get your machinery fixed within every 6 month period or your guarantee will not be valid.
When a service is provided at your establishment by a specialist, it refers to a call-out. Except when the call-out is covered by each of the above mentioned plans or accepted by the managers, a call-out cost will be charged. At the time of this quotation, for one day 1 technician is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays as well as R 1 499.00 for working days.Along with the call-out charge, touring costs to your establishment including settlement if essential, are on your account.
