Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We offer limited attribute guarantee on the entire machinery, including any subsystem if not stated any other way. The feature guarantee covers defects by cause of unreliable components or poor craftsmanship We will not be held responsible for mis-usage or everyday wear and tear of your machine. Aforementioned is accordingly not covered by our guarantee. Definitely, damages that are not covered under guarantee can often be repaired at a minimal cost. Quotations are gladly vacant on inquiry.The machine(s) you are going to purchase compels a regular service. Basic wear and tear restoration at a minimum cost, analyzing and calibration as well as common cleaning are enclosed in the service plan. If you do not service your machine(s) in the preferred service period, it is crucial that your machine(s) is fixed within the equal of double that period elseways your service warranty will be invalid and void. You will for this reason always be able to check the machinery's assurance report and maintenance history on our webpage or while disconnected - in any way and at any time. We honour our machinery's assurance and assistance by using the barcode. This ensures your maximum comfort on both the selling and assistance of your machinery's.
