The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide bounded attribute guarantee on any subsystem unless stated otherwise, as well as on the whole machinery. Unless accepted by managers or concealed by each of the above named plans, a call-out fee will be requested. At the extent of this quotation, 1 technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, R 4 995.00 for weekends including R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.Accompanying the call-out charge, travel costs to your establishment and settlement if essential, are on your account. The technicians required arrangements to be done to get picked up and sent back, are recommend to be done by you. R 9.95/km is the ongoing percentage multiplied by the driving distance between your establishment including our premises, should you recommend for us to come to you.Attentively inquire about call out as well as traveling costs beforehand as those costs may vary extent by point without notice.Our maintenance plan is perfect for you if you only would like our technician to take a look at your machinery for peace of mind, or if you want to find out if the machine is set to operate optically. There is no cost for the experts we supply. You will be advised by our specialist whether an back-up or other assistance or spares reinstatement is needed or if everything is in order. Regretfully, no repairs or intense labour function will be practised during a preservation visit, but a reservation should made for this to be practised at your and our earliest availability.Primary and/or complete training courses are held at our training centre for all machines we sell. More promoted training can be obtained after the basic course has been accomplished but first primary entry courses is included in your machinery investment.All our mainline of machinery's are sold with a unique barcode. You will accordingly constantly be able to check the machine's assurance data and maintenance history on our website or while logged off - in any style and at any time. Our machinery's guarantee and assistance are valued by us using the barcode. This protects your maximal comfort on both the selling and servicing of your machinery's.
