The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.
This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.

We supply restricted characteristic warranty on any subsystem unless stated any other way, along with on the whole machine. Defects by cause of faulty equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the characteristic guarantee. General wear and tear or misuse of your equipment is not our fault. Our guarantee will thus not cover aforesaid. Usually damages can be repaired at minimal cost that aren't covered under warranty. Upon request, quotations are readily vacant.
The machinery you are going to purchase needs a regular service. The enclosed service plan consists of standard cleaning, analyzing and adjustment, as well as standard depletion replacement at a minimal cost. Your service warranty will be null and meaningless if you do not service your machine in the preferred service or if it is not serviced within the equivalent of twice that period. Meaning, if we preferred that your machinery is improved once every three months, you have to get your machinery rectified in every 6 month period or your warranty will not be credible.

We supply principal and/or extensive training courses through our premises for all machines we sell. First basic entry courses is included in your machine purchase, although more improved training can be obtained after the fundamental course has been accomplished.
A particular barcode is provided with all our mainline of machinery. Analyze therefore you will always be able to,in any manner and at any term, check the machinery's assurance info and servicing history on our site or while disconnected. Our machines warranty and servicing are honoured by us using the barcode. This protects your maximal benefit on both the service and resell of your machinery's.
