The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We supply restricted attribute warranty on the entire machinery, including any subsystem if not stated elseways. Shortages by reason of unreliable components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the quality warranty. Common wear and tear or misuse of your equipment is not our constraint. Aforesaid is accordingly not covered by our warranty. Damages can often be repaired that are not covered under guarantee, at minimum cost. Upon inquiry, quotations are readily accessible.Regular service is required by the machinery you are going to obtain. The arrangements for the technician to get picked up including sent back are chosen to be made by you. Thus your machines warranty data and servicing history will always be able to be checked in any style and at any time on our website or while logged off.
