The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We supply confined trait warranty on any subsystem lest stated any other way, along with on the whole machine. Poor craftsmanship including defective equipment weaknesses are covered by the attribute warranty. We are not accountable for frequent wear and tear or mis-usage of your component. A Call-out points to to any extent a technician supplies a service at your place. Except for when the call-out is enclosed by each of the above plans or accepted by the management, a call-out cost will be required. 1 specialist for one day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, Traveling for Saturdays including R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays at the time of this quotation.Accompanying the call-out fee, touring costs to your premises as well as accommodation if necessary, are on your account. We suggest that you organize that the technician gets picked up including sent back. If you would wish for us to go to you, the current percentage is R 9.95/km increased by the driving distance between our warehouse including your premises.Those fees may vary extent by point without notice, so generously inquire about call out and traveling costs ahead of time.If you would choose to find out whether the machinery is fitted to function optically, or you simply want our technician to take a look at your appliance for your tranquility, our servicing plan is perfect for you. There is no fees for the technician we provide. Our experts will be able to recommend whether everything is normal or whether an alternative or other assistance or spares restoration is needed. Bookings should be made for adjustments or hard labour operate to be carried out at your/our earliest convenience as no improvements or any such labour actions will be practised during servicing visits.We give basic and/or comprehensive training courses via our training facility for all machinery we sell. First basic entry courses is enclosed in your machine investment, although more advanced training can be bought after the principal course has been finished.All our mainline of machinery's are sold with a different barcode. Check accordingly you will always be able to,in any form and at any instant, review the machines warranty data and service history on our website or while disconnected. Our machinery's guarantee and assistance are honoured by us using the barcode. Maximal comfort are ensured on both the selling and maintenance of your machinery's.
The above quotation pertains to our brand new model, therefore the climax, details and accessories are applicable thereto.
