The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We give constrained quality warranty on any subsystem except stated elseways, along with on the entire machinery. Shortages as a result of faulty components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the quality warranty. We cannot be held accountable for mis-usage or common wear and tear of your equipment. Our warranty will for this reason not cover aforementioned. Usually damages can be repaired at minimum cost that are not covered under warranty. Quotations are immediately vacant on request.The machine(s) which you are going to purchase, will be demanding a routine service. The enclosed service plan contains basic cleaning, investigation and adjustment, as well as common wear and tear restoration at a minimum cost. Your service guarantee will be invalid and meaningless if you do not service your machinery in the recommended service or if it is not improved within the equal of dual that period. Meaning, you must get your machine improved within every six month period, if we suggested that your machine is serviced once every 3 months or your warranty will not be legit.
When a service is supplied at your premises by a specialist, it points to to a call-out.
