The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We give bounded characteristic guarantee on the whole machinery, and any subsystem unless stated differently. Weaknesses as a result of defective materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the characteristic warranty. We are not at fault for everyday wear and tear or misuse of your machinery. Our guarantee will for this reason not cover aforementioned. Damages can generally be repaired that are not covered under guarantee, at minimum cost. Upon appeal, quotations are gladly vacant.The machinery which you are going to obtain, will be needing a routine service. The enclosed service plan includes everyday cleaning, analyzing and calibration, as well as everyday ravages of time reinstatement at a minimal cost. Your service guarantee will be null and meaningless if you do not service your machine in the preferred service or if it is not rectified within the equivalent of twice that period. Meaning, you must get your machinery improved within every 6 month period, if we choose that your machine is serviced once every three months or your warranty will not be efficient.
A Call-out points to to any instant a specialist supplies a service at your premises. A call-out fee will be requested except when the call-out is included by each of the above plans or accepted by the managers. At the point of this quotation, for 1 day 1 specialist is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays and R 1 499.00 for workdays.Along with the call-out charge, transport costs to your place as well as accommodation if crucial, are on your account. The arrangements for the technician to get picked up including sent back are preferred to be made by you. The ongoing rate is R 9.95/km multiplied by the driving distance between our place and your premises, should you prefer for us to come to you.Kindly enquire about call out including transport costs ahead of time as those charges may change point by instant without notice.If you only want our technician to take a look at your machine for your satisfaction or want to find out if the appliance is adjusted to function optimally, our maintenance plan is here for you. No costs will be implemented for the experts we supply. Our technician will be able to recommend whether everything is normal or whether an back-up or additional maintenance or service parts restoration is needed. Bookings should be made for improvements or excessive labour function to be practised at your/our quickest convenience as no improvements or any such labour services will be practised during maintenance visits.We give basic and/or comprehensive training courses at our warehouse for all machines we sell. First primary entry courses is comprehended in your machinery investment, although more advanced training can be bought after the basic course has been passed.All our mainline of machinery's are sold with a different barcode. You will thus constantly be able to check the machinery's warranty information and servicing history on our webpage or offline - in any style and at any moment. Our machinery's guarantee and service are valued by us using the barcode. This protects your ultimate comfort on both the maintenance and resell of your machinery's.
The quotation above concerns our brand new model, and therefore the focus points, specifications and extras are applicative thereto. Kindly enquire from our sales clerk as to the year model quoted. In the situation that we do not have the advanced model vacant, you can be titled to receive up to 5% discount on the older model, based on lower execution or minor layout.
