The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We supply bounded feature warranty on any subsystem lest stated any other way, along with on the whole machinery. Poor craftsmanship and faulty equipment weaknesses are covered by the feature warranty. We are not at fault for everyday wear and tear or mis-usage of your machinery. Upon demand, quotations are immediately vacant.Regular service is required by the machinery you are going to purchase. Reviewing and arrangement, everyday cleaning , as well as common depletion replacement at a minimal cost are covered in the service plan. Your service guarantee will be useless and ineffective should you not service your machinery within the recommended service or if it is not fixed in the equivalent of double that period. Meaning, you have to get your machinery improved in every 6 month period, if we preferred that your machine is rectified once every 3 months or your guarantee will not be efficient.
A Call-out refers to each point a technician provides a service at your premises. A call-out fee will be requested except when the call-out is enclosed by each and every time of the above mentioned plans or confirmed by the management. At the point of this quotation, for 1 day 1 technician is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays and R 1 499.00 for workdays.Along with the call-out charge, transport costs to your premises and settlement if necessary, are on your account. The arrangements for the specialist to get picked up including sent back are preferred to be carried out by you.
