The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the entire machinery, including any subsystem, we only provide limited characteristic guarantee except stated otherwise. Poor craftsmanship along with defective equipment shortages are covered by the quality warranty. We are not accountable for general wear and tear or mis-usage of your product. For this reason aforementioned shall not be covered by our guarantee. Regularly damages can be repaired at minimum cost that aren't covered under guarantee. Quotations will be gladly vacant upon demand.Regular service is needed by the machinery you are going to purchase. General depletion replacement at a minimum cost, checking and arrangement as well as basic cleaning are included within the service plan. Your service warranty will be useless and meaningless if you do not service your machine in the suggested service or if it is not improved within the equivalent of twice that period. This is to say that within which case we preferred that your machinery is rectified once every three months, it is compulsory that you get your machine fixed within every six month period or your warranty will not be valid.
A Call-out points to to each and every time time a technician provides a service at your premises. Except when confirmed by managers or included by any of the above plans, a call-out fee will be requested. At the extent of this quotation, for 1 day 1 technician is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays and R 1 499.00 for workdays.In addition to the call-out charge, travel costs to your premises and accommodation if essential, are on your account. The technicians crucial arrangements to be carried out to get picked up and sent back, are suggested to be done by you. If you would prefer for us to go to you, the prevailing rate is R 9.95/km amplified by the driving distance between our office including your property.Those charges may differ instant by extent without notice, so kindly inquire about call out including traveling costs ahead of time.Our maintenance plan is suited for you if you simply want our specialist to take a look at your machine for your tranquility, or if you would like to know if the appliance is adjusted to operate optimally. There is no fees for the technician we supply. Our technician will be able to point out if everything is normal or if an back-up or further servicing or spare parts reinstatement is needed. During sustainment visits no reconstruction or hard labour function will be completed and bookings should made for this to be practised at your and our quickest convenience.We give principal and/or overall training courses via our training centre for all machines we sell. First basic entry courses is enclosed in your machinery investment, however more promoted training can be obtained after the fundamental course has been finished.With all our mainline of machines a unique barcode is sold. For this reason your machinery's guarantee report and service history will regularly be able to be analyzed in any form and at any term on our webpage or while logged off. By using the barcode we honour our machinery's guarantee and maintenance. This secures your supreme advantage on both the reselling and service of your machines.
