The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We offer limited characteristic warranty on the entire machinery, as well as any subsystem if not stated differently. Shortages due to unfit materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the attribute warranty. We will not be held responsible for mis-usage or everyday wear and tear of your component. Quotations will be readily available upon request.The machine(s) you are going to purchase needs a routine service. The enclosed service plan consists of everyday cleaning, investigation and arrangement, as well as standard depletion reinstatement at a minimal cost. Your service warranty will be useless and meaningless should you not service your machinery in the recommended service or if it is not serviced in the equal of double that period.
