The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the whole machinery, along with each subsystem, we only provide limited feature warranty except stated differently. Errors by reason of defective equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the attribute guarantee. General wear and tear or mis-usage of your product is not our responsibility. Therefore aforementioned will not be covered by our guarantee. Deterioration can regularly be repaired that are not covered under guarantee, at minimal cost. Quotations are promptly available on demand.The machinery which you are going to purchase, will be forcing a routine service. The included service plan contains general cleaning, checking and positioning, as well as basic decrement restoration at a minimum cost.
