The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We give bounded attribute warranty on any subsystem unless stated otherwise, including on the whole machine. Shortages by reason of unreliable materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the characteristic guarantee. We aren't accountable for everyday wear and tear or mis-usage of your component. Our warranty will thus not cover aforesaid. Regularly damages can be repaired at minimum cost that are not covered under warranty. Quotations are gladly accessible on appeal.The machinery you are going to obtain needs a routine service. Checking and adjustment, general cleaning , as well as general decrement replacement at a minimum cost are enclosed in the service plan. It is required that your machinery is fixed in the equivalent of twice that period, if you do not service your machinery within the preferred service period, or else your service warranty will be useless and void. Meaning that in which case we suggested that your machine is fixed once every 3 months, it is compulsory that you get your machinery rectified in every six month period or your guarantee will not be legit.
Anytime a service is offered at your property by a specialist, it refers to a call-out. Unless the call-out is enclosed by each of the above named plans or arranged by the managers, a call-out cost will be required. At the extent of this quotation, for one day one specialist is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays and R 1 499.00 for workdays.Accommodation including travel costs to your establishment, along with the call-out fee, are on your account if crucial. We prefer that you organize that the specialist gets picked up and sent back. The existing percentage is R 9.95/km multiplied by the driving distance between our place including your establishment, should you desire for us to come to you.Generously inquire about call out and traveling costs beforehand as those charges may change instant by instant without notice.Whether you would like to know whether the machinery is fitted to work optimally, or you only want our specialist to take a look at your appliance for peace of mind, our servicing plan is here for you. There is no cost for the specialist we supply. Our experts will be able to recommend whether everything is in order or if an different or other maintenance or spare parts replacement is needed. During preservation visits no adjustments or excessive labour function will be practised and reservations can be made for this to be done at your and our earliest convenience.Basic and/or complete training courses are held via our training centre for all machines we sell. When buying your machinery, first principal entry courses is enclosed in your investment, however more advanced training can be bought after the primary course has been finished.A particular barcode is supplied with all our mainline of machines. You will therefore constantly be able to analyze the machine's assurance report and maintenance history on our website or while logged off - in any way and at any term. Our machinery's guarantee and maintenance are honoured by us using the barcode. This insures your supreme comfort on both the reselling and service of your machines.
