The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We supply limited attribute warranty on each subsystem except stated any other way, along with on the whole machine. Errors by cause of defective components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the attribute warranty. We cannot be held liable for mis-usage or everyday wear and tear of your component. Our warranty will for this reason not cover aforementioned. Damages can often be repaired that are not covered under guarantee, at minimal cost. Upon demand, quotations are readily available.The machine(s) you are going to purchase compels a regular service. General ravages of time reinstatement at a minimum cost, checking and arrangement as well as common cleaning are included within the service plan. If you do not service your machinery in the preferred service period, it is compulsory that your machine(s) is fixed within the equivalent of twice that period or else your service warranty will be useless and void. Meaning, you have to get your machinery improved within every 6 month period, if we preferred that your machinery is improved once every 3 months or your guarantee will not be credible.
A Call-out points to to each and every time extent a specialist offers a service at your property. Except for when the call-out is enclosed by any of the above named plans or arranged by the managers, a call-out fee will be charged. At the time of this quotation, 1 specialist for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays including R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.In addition to the call-out fee, transport costs to your place as well as settlement if crucial, are on your account. The adjustments for the specialist to get picked up including sent back are preferred to be made by you. First basic entry courses is enclosed in your machine purchase, but more improved training can be obtained after the basic course has been completed.A different barcode is presented with all our mainline of machinery. Thus your machinery's guarantee info and service history will evermore be able to be reviewed in any way and at any term on our webpage or offline. By using the barcode we honour our machines warranty and servicing. This ensures your supreme advantage on both the assistance and resell of your machines.
The quotation above relates to our advanced model, and as such the highlights, specifications as well as additions are applicable thereto. Our sales consultants can be contacted relating to any inquiries of the period model cited.
