The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We supply restricted quality warranty on each subsystem if not stated elseways, and on the entire machine. Poor craftsmanship including unreliable equipment weaknesses are covered by the characteristic warranty. Common wear and tear or mis-usage of your product is not our responsibility. At the time of this quotation, for 1 day one technician is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays as well as R 1 499.00 for weekdays.Settlement as well as transport costs to your establishment, accompanying the call-out charge, are on your account if required.
