The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide constrained trait warranty on the entire machinery, including any subsystem unless stated otherwise. Errors by cause of unfit equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the attribute warranty. We are not liable for general wear and tear or mis-usage of your machinery. Our warranty will thus not cover aforestated. Regularly damages can be repaired at minimum cost that are not covered under warranty. Quotations are readily accessible on inquiry.The machinery you are going to obtain requires a routine service. Analyzing and positioning, standard cleaning , as well as everyday wear and tear reinstatement at a minimum cost are included in the service plan. If you do not service your machine(s) in the preferred service period, it is necessary that your machine(s) is fixed within the equivalent of dual that period or else your service warranty will be null and not viable. This is to say, you have to get your machine serviced in every six month period, if we recommend that your machinery is fixed once every 3 months or your guarantee will not be legit.
Every time a service is offered at your establishment by a specialist, it refers to a call-out. A call-out cost will be charged lest the call-out is concealed by each and every time of the above plans or approved by the the company. At the time of this quotation, for 1 day one specialist is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays and R 1 499.00 for workdays.Accommodation including travel costs to your establishment, along with the call-out fee, are on your account if crucial. We choose that you organize that the technician gets picked up and sent back. Analyze for this reason you will always be able to,in any form and at any term, review the machinery's assurance information and assistance history on our website or offline. By using the barcode we honour our machines warranty and maintenance. This insures your maximal convenience on both the maintenance and resell of your machines.
