The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We offer restricted characteristic guarantee on the whole machinery, including any subsystem except stated otherwise. Weaknesses by cause of faulty equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the feature warranty. We shall not be held liable for mis-usage or general wear and tear of your product. For this reason aforestated cannot be covered by our warranty. Often deterioration can be repaired at minimal cost that aren't covered under warranty. Quotations are readily available on appeal.Routine service is required by the machinery you are going to buy. The included service plan includes basic cleaning, reviewing and calibration, as well as common wear and tear replacement at a minimal cost. If you do not service your machine(s) within the preferred service period, it is necessary that your machine(s) is improved within the equivalent of double that period otherwise your service guarantee will be useless and void. This is to say, you should get your machine serviced within every 6 month period, if we preferred that your machinery is improved once every three months or your warranty will not be credible.
Every time a service is provided at your property by a technician, it points to to a call-out. You will accordingly regularly be able to check the machine's guarantee report and servicing history on our database or while logged off - in any style and at any instant. By using the barcode we honour our machines warranty and assistance. This secures your ultimate convenience on both the maintenance and resell of your machines.
