The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide restricted attribute warranty on the entire machine, along with any subsystem except stated any other way. Poor craftsmanship including unreliable components errors are covered by the trait guarantee. We are not at fault for common wear and tear or mis-usage of your component. Our warranty will thus not cover aforesaid. Deterioration can usually be repaired that are not covered under guarantee, at minimal cost. Quotations are gladly vacant on inquiry.The machinery you are going to purchase compels a routine service. Standard depletion reinstatement at a minimal cost, checking and arrangement as well as common cleaning are covered in the service plan. Your service warranty will be null and void if you do not service your machinery in the preferred service or if it is not fixed in the equivalent of double that period. Meaning that in which case we preferred that your machine is fixed once every 3 months, it is crucial that you get your machinery serviced in every six month period or your guarantee will not be efficient.
Anytime a specialist offers a service at your establishment, it points to to a call-out. Except for when arranged by managers or enclosed by each and every time of the above named plans, a call-out cost will be requested. 1 specialist for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, Traveling for Saturdays including R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays at the time of this quotation.Coupled with the call-out fee, traveling costs to your place including accommodation if necessary, are on your account. We suggest that you organize that the technician gets picked up and sent back. The existing percentage is R 9.95/km multiplied by the driving distance between our office as well as your property, should you desire for us to go to you.Generously seek an answer about call out and touring costs beforehand as those fees may change point by point without notice.Our maintenance plan is perfect for you if you just want our specialist to take a look at your appliance for your contentment, or if you want to know if the machinery is set to function optically. When obtaining your machinery, first principal entry courses is included in your investment, but more promoted training can be bought after the primary course has been achieved.All our mainline of machines are sold with a unique barcode. You will accordingly always be able to analyze the machinery's assurance information and maintenance history on our database or while disconnected - in any form and at any time. Our machinery's assurance and assistance are honoured by us using the barcode. This ensures your ultimate convenience on both the reselling and servicing of your machines.
