The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We supply restricted quality warranty on the entire machinery, as well as any subsystem lest stated otherwise. Errors by reason of unreliable components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the quality warranty. We are not liable for general wear and tear or misuse of your product. Meaning, if we choose that your machinery is fixed once every three months, you should get your machine rectified within every six month period or your warranty will not be credible.
A Call-out refers to each and every time point a technician provides a service at your property. Unless confirmed by management or included by each of the above mentioned plans, a call-out fee will be requested. At the time of this quotation, 1 technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, R 4 995.00 for weekends including R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Transport costs to your property and accommodation if required, are on your account, along with the call-out charge. The plans for the technician to get picked up and sent back are suggested to be made by you. The current rate is R 9.95/kilometer multiplied by the driving distance between our office including your establishment, should you recommend for us to come to you.Those fees may change extent by instant without notice, so kindly seek an answer about call out and travel costs in advance.Our maintenance plan is perfect for you if you just would like our technician to take a look at your machinery for your satisfaction, or if you want to know if the machine is fitted to operate optically. We will not require any cost for the specialist we supply. Our technician will be able to point out if everything is in order or if an back-up or further servicing or spare reinstatement is needed. Sadly, no repairs or excessive labour operate will be done during a preservation visit, but a reservation can be made for this to be done at your and our quickest availability.We supply principal and/or full training courses via our training centre for all machines we sell. When buying your machinery, first fundamental entry courses is comprehended in your purchase, but more promoted training can be purchased after the fundamental course has been completed.All our mainline of machines are sold with a unique barcode.
