The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the whole machine, including any subsystem, we only offer constrained quality warranty unless stated differently. The quality guarantee covers shortages by cause of unreliable components or poor craftsmanship We are not responsible for everyday wear and tear or mis-usage of your product. For this reason aforementioned will not be covered by our guarantee. Generally deterioration can be repaired at minimal cost that are not covered under warranty. Quotations will be immediately vacant upon appeal.The machine(s) which you are going to buy, will be requiring a regular service. General depletion reinstatement at a minimum cost, reviewing and positioning as well as standard cleaning are covered within the service plan. It is required that your machinery is fixed in the equivalent of dual that period, should you not service your machine(s) within the chosen service period, otherwise your service warranty will be useless and void. Meaning, if we suggested that your machine is serviced once every three months, you have to get your machine rectified in every 6 month period or your warranty will not be efficient.
Anytime a technician offers a service at your establishment, it refers to a call-out. A call-out fee will be required unless the call-out is included by each of the above named plans or confirmed by the management. At the extent of this quotation, for one day 1 technician is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays and R 1 499.00 for working days.Accommodation including touring costs to your property, in addition to the call-out charge, are on your account if crucial. The specialists essential arrangements to be carried out to get picked up and sent back, are suggested to be carried out by you. When purchasing your machine, first fundamental entry courses is combined in your purchase, however more improved training can be bought after the basic course has been finished.With all our mainline of machines a different barcode is sold. You will accordingly always be able to review the machine's warranty report and servicing history on our website or while disconnected - in any style and at any time. Our machines guarantee and maintenance are valued by us using the barcode. This secures your maximum convenience on both the reselling and servicing of your machines.
