The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the entire machinery, as well as any subsystem, we only provide constrained quality guarantee except stated any other way. Defects by reason of faulty equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the attribute warranty. We are not responsible for everyday wear and tear or mis-usage of your component. Aforesaid is therefore not covered by our guarantee. Damages can often be repaired that are not covered under warranty, at minimum cost. Quotations will be readily vacant upon demand.The machine(s) which you are going to purchase, will be demanding a regular service. The covered service plan contains common cleaning, analyzing and arrangement, as well as basic decrement reinstatement at a minimum cost. Your service guarantee will be worthless and meaningless if you do not service your machinery within the chosen service or if it is not fixed in the equivalent of dual that period. This is to say, you must get your machinery improved within every 6 month period, if we recommend that your machinery is rectified once every three months or your warranty will not be efficient.
A Call-out refers to each and every time point a specialist provides a service at your establishment. A call-out cost will be required except for when the call-out is concealed by any of the above named plans or per-approved by the management. 1 technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, Traveling for Saturdays including R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays at the time of this quotation.Accompanying the call-out fee, touring costs to your property as well as accommodation if required, are on your account. You will for this reason regularly be able to analyze the machine's warranty info and maintenance history on our site or offline - in any manner and at any instant. Our machines assurance and maintenance are honoured by us using the barcode. Maximal comfort are ensured on both the selling and maintenance of your machinery's.
