The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide bounded quality warranty on the entire machine, including each subsystem if not stated differently. Poor craftsmanship and defective material errors are covered by the characteristic guarantee. We cannot be held liable for mis-usage or frequent wear and tear of your machinery. Our guarantee will thus not cover aforesaid. Certainly, damages that aren't covered under guarantee can usually be repaired at a minimal cost. Upon inquiry, quotations are immediately accessible.The machine(s) which you are going to obtain, will be forcing a regular service. The concealed service plan contains basic cleaning, analyzing and adjustment, as well as everyday wear and tear restoration at a minimum cost. Your service warranty will be null and meaningless if you do not service your machine in the recommended service or if it is not fixed in the equivalent of dual that period. There is no cost for the technician we supply. During maintenance visits no improvements or hard labour operate will be practised and bookings can be made for this to be practised at your and our quickest convenience.We provide basic and/or full training courses via our premises for all machinery we sell. More promoted training can be purchased after the basic course has been passed although first principal entry courses is enclosed in your machine investment.A particular barcode is supplied with all our mainline of machinery.
