The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We offer constrained characteristic guarantee on the entire machine, including each subsystem if not stated elseways. Poor craftsmanship along with unfit material errors are covered by the attribute warranty. We will not be held at fault for mis-usage or frequent wear and tear of your machine. Aforesaid is thus not covered by our warranty. Damages can regularly be repaired that aren't covered under guarantee, at minimum cost. Quotations are readily vacant on demand.The machine(s) which you are going to obtain, will be forcing a routine service. General ravages of time restoration at a minimum cost, analyzing and positioning as well as everyday cleaning are enclosed in the service plan. If you do not service your machinery within the suggested service period, it is vital that your machine(s) is fixed in the equivalent of double that period otherwise your service guarantee will be useless and not viable. Meaning, you should get your machinery serviced within every 6 month period, if we preferred that your machine is serviced once every 3 months or your warranty will not be valid.
Whenever a service is supplied at your property by a specialist, it refers to a call-out. Except for when the call-out is concealed by any of the above named plans or per-approved by the the company, a call-out fee will be required. At the instant of this quotation, for one day 1 specialist is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays including R 1 499.00 for workdays.Coupled with the call-out fee, traveling costs to your premises including accommodation if essential, are on your account. We prefer that you organize that the specialist gets picked up including sent back. We will not require any cost for the technician we provide. Reservations should be made for improvements or excessive labour function to be practised at your/our earliest convenience as no repairs or any such labour actions will be done during servicing visits.Fundamental and/or overall training courses are supplied via our training centre for all machines we sell. When purchasing your machine, first basic entry courses is enclosed in your purchase, but more advanced training can be purchased after the primary course has been passed.A individual barcode is provided with all our mainline of machinery. Thus your machines guarantee info and servicing history will always be able to be analyzed in any style and at any time on our site or offline.
