The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.
This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.

We supply restricted feature warranty on the entire machinery, and each subsystem if not stated otherwise. Poor craftsmanship and defective material weaknesses are covered by the quality guarantee. General wear and tear or mis-usage of your equipment is not our constraint. Aforesaid is for this reason not covered by our warranty. Usually damages can be repaired at minimum cost that are not covered under guarantee. Quotations are promptly vacant on inquiry.
Regular service is required by the machine(s) you are going to obtain. Investigation and calibration, standard cleaning , as well as common decrement reinstatement at a minimal cost are concealed within the service plan. Your service warranty will be invalid and void if you do not service your machine in the chosen service or if it is not serviced in the equivalent of double that period. Meaning that in which case we choose that your machine is fixed once every three months, it is vital that you get your machinery improved within every 6 month period or your warranty will not be efficient.
Every time a technician provides a service at your property, it points to to a call-out. Unless approved by management or concealed by any of the above plans, a call-out fee will be required. One technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, Traveling for Saturdays including R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays at the instant of this quotation.Coupled with the call-out fee, travel costs to your establishment including accommodation if crucial, are on your account. We recommend that you arrange that the specialist gets picked up and sent back. If you would like for us to come to you, the current amount is R 9.95/km multiplied by the traveling distance between our place as well as your establishment.Those costs may change time by time without notice, so kindly inquire about call out and touring costs ahead of time.

Our training centre offers primary and/or extensive training courses for all machines we sell. More advanced training can be purchased after the primary course has been completed but first primary entry courses is enclosed in your machinery investment.
A particular barcode is provided with all our mainline of machinery. You will for this reason regularly be able to analyze the machinery's guarantee report and maintenance history on our webpage or while disconnected - in any form and at any time. Our machines warranty and maintenance are honoured by us using the barcode. This ensures your maximum advantage on both the assistance and resell of your machines.
