The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We give constrained attribute warranty on each subsystem except stated differently, including on the whole machinery. Poor craftsmanship and unreliable material errors are covered by the feature guarantee. We would not be held liable for mis-usage or everyday wear and tear of your component. Basic ravages of time replacement at a minimum cost, reviewing and calibration as well as standard cleaning are enclosed in the service plan. Your service warranty will be invalid and not viable should you not service your machine in the recommended service or if it is not fixed in the equivalent of twice that period. Meaning, if we recommend that your machine is improved once every three months, you must get your machinery rectified in every six month period or your warranty will not be efficient.
A Call-out points to to each and every time point a specialist offers a service at your property. A call-out fee will be required lest the call-out is included by each of the above mentioned plans or confirmed by the managers. At the extent of this quotation, for one day one specialist is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays including R 1 499.00 for weekdays.Touring costs to your premises and accommodation if required, are on your account, in addition to the call-out fee. The preparations for the technician to get picked up and sent back are chosen to be carried out by you.
