Quality Warranty: We give limited trait warranty on the entire machinery, including any subsystem if not stated differently. Errors as a result of unreliable components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the characteristic warranty. We will not be held responsible for misuse or frequent wear and tear of your machinery. Aforesaid is therefore not covered by our guarantee. Definitely, damages that aren't covered under warranty can generally be repaired at a minimum cost. Service Plan: The machine(s) which you are going to obtain, will be forcing a regular service. General decrement reinstatement at a minimal cost, reviewing and adjustment as well as everyday cleaning are included in the service plan. During maintenance visits no adjustments or excessive labour work will be carried out and bookings should made for this to be done at your and our quickest availability. If at any time you would like to ensure that your machine is set to function optimally, or you simply want our technician to inspect your machine then you are welcome to call us and make a booking for Check-up Callout and one of our technicians will come out to you, at the cost of travel and reduced or waived standard call-out cost. Our technician will be able to advise whether the machine is functioning optimally or whether additional service, repair or part replacements are, or may be, needed. When buying your machine, first principal entry courses is included in your purchase, but more promoted training can be purchased after the fundamental course has been accomplished.
