The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide confined quality guarantee on the whole machinery, and each subsystem unless stated otherwise. Poor craftsmanship including faulty components errors are covered by the quality warranty. We aren't at fault for everyday wear and tear or misuse of your component. Our guarantee will accordingly not cover aforesaid. Naturally, damages that aren't covered under warranty can often be repaired at a minimum cost. Upon request, quotations are promptly available.Routine service is needed by the machine(s) you are going to obtain. Basic wear and tear restoration at a minimal cost, investigation and adjustment as well as everyday cleaning are covered in the service plan. It is compulsory that your machinery is improved in the equivalent of twice that period, should you not service your machine(s) in the preferred service period, or else your service warranty will be invalid and ineffective. Meaning, you should get your machine improved within every six month period, if we suggested that your machinery is improved once every three months or your warranty will not be efficient.
When a service is provided at your establishment by a technician, it points to to a call-out. Except when per-approved by managers or covered by each and every time of the above plans, a call-out cost will be requested. At the extent of this quotation, for one day one technician is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays and R 1 499.00 for workdays.Accommodation as well as traveling costs to your establishment, along with the call-out charge, are on your account if crucial. The arrangements for the technician to get picked up and sent back are preferred to be done by you.
