The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide constrained quality warranty on the entire machine, including each subsystem except stated otherwise. Shortages by cause of defective components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the attribute guarantee. We shall not be held at fault for misuse or frequent wear and tear of your equipment. Accordingly aforestated will not be covered by our warranty. Regularly damages can be repaired at minimal cost that are not covered under guarantee. Quotations will be readily accessible upon request.Regular service is due by the machinery you are going to purchase. Analyzing and arrangement, common cleaning , as well as standard wear and tear reinstatement at a minimal cost are covered within the service plan. Should you not service your machinery within the preferred service period, it is compulsory that your machine(s) is fixed in the equivalent of double that period or else your service guarantee will be null and not viable. This is to say, if we recommend that your machinery is fixed once every three months, you have to get your machine improved in every 6 month period or your warranty will not be efficient.
A Call-out refers to each point a technician offers a service at your establishment. Except when per-approved by the company or covered by any of the above mentioned plans, a call-out fee will be required. At the extent of this quotation, for 1 day 1 technician is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays including R 1 499.00 for working days.Travel costs to your property including settlement if essential, are on your account, coupled with the call-out charge. The experts required arrangements to be done to get picked up including sent back, are chosen to be made by you.
