Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void. Quality Warranty: We offer bounded trait guarantee on any subsystem except stated elseways, as well as on the whole machine. Service Plan: The machine(s) which you are going to buy, will be forcing a regular service. Investigation and positioning, everyday cleaning , as well as basic ravages of time reinstatement at a minimum cost are covered within the service plan. Should you fail to adhere to the terms of the machine’s Service Schedule and/or not service your machine within the mandatory service intervals, then the Product Warranty shall automatically lapse and we shall no longer be responsible for the service of the machine(s), unless we otherwise agree to service the machine pre agreed cost, and provided that such ad hoc or sporadic service to the machine shall not be regarded as having revived the Product Warranty insofar as the Product Warranty may have lapsed by virtue of the failure to adhere to the Service Schedule.
Call-out Service & Fee: Anytime a service is supplied at your establishment by a specialist, it points to to a call-out. Lest the call-out is enclosed by each of the above plans or approved by the the company, a call-out fee will be required. At the time of this quotation, one technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays as well as R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.Accompanying the call-out charge, transport costs to your premises including accommodation if required, are on your account. The preparations for the technician to get picked up as well as sent back are recommend to be made by you. Maintenance Plan (Check-up Callouts): If you would choose to find out whether the appliance is set to function optimally, or you just want our specialist to take a look at your appliance for your tranquility, our assistance plan is here for you. There is no fees for the specialist we supply. Our technician will be able to supply you with advice on if an alternative or further service or spare parts replacement is needed or whether everything is normal. Reservations should be made for improvements or excessive labour operate to be carried out at your/our quickest convenience as no repairs or any such labour actions will be done during maintenance visits. If at any time you would like to ensure that your machine is set to function optimally, or you simply want our technician to inspect your machine then you are welcome to call us and make a booking for Check-up Callout and one of our technicians will come out to you, at the cost of travel and reduced or waived standard call-out cost. Training Course: Fundamental and/or complete training courses are supplied at our premises for all machinery we sell. More advanced training can be purchased after the primary course has been achieved however first primary entry courses is included in your machine investment. We offer basic and/or comprehensive training courses through our training facility for all machines we sell. First basic entry course is included in your machine purchase; more advanced training can be obtained after the basic course has been passed.

Therefore your machines guarantee data and service history will constantly be able to be checked in any manner and at any time on our website or offline.
