The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router is designed strong enough to to cut and engrave on solid aluminum plate, copper and other soft metal, including on any other materials softer than soft metal. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
We supply bounded quality warranty on the whole machine, including any subsystem if not stated otherwise. Poor craftsmanship and faulty equipment defects are covered by the characteristic guarantee. We are not accountable for general wear and tear or misuse of your product. Our warranty will therefore not cover aforementioned. Damages can generally be repaired that are not covered under guarantee, at minimal cost. Quotations are readily vacant on appeal.Routine service is due by the machinery you are going to buy. The covered service plan encloses basic cleaning, investigation and calibration, as well as standard wear and tear restoration at a minimal cost. Your service warranty will be null and meaningless if you do not service your machinery in the recommended service or if it is not fixed in the equivalent of double that period. This is to say, if we preferred that your machine is serviced once every 3 months, you should get your machine improved in every 6 month period or your guarantee will not be credible.
Whenever a service is provided at your place by a technician, it points to to a call-out. Lest the call-out is included by each and every time of the above named plans or accepted by the managers, a call-out fee will be required. At the instant of this quotation, 1 specialist for one day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays as well as R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.Transport costs to your premises and accommodation if required, are on your account, accompanying the call-out fee.
