The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
For the entire machine, and each subsystem, we only supply confined trait warranty unless stated any other way. Poor craftsmanship including defective components errors are covered by the trait warranty. We are not accountable for general wear and tear or mis-usage of your machine. Aforestated is therefore not covered by our guarantee. Deterioration can often be repaired that aren't covered under warranty, at minimum cost. Quotations are readily vacant on appeal.Regular service is required by the machinery you are going to purchase. Common ravages of time restoration at a minimal cost, reviewing and calibration as well as standard cleaning are concealed within the service plan. Should you not service your machinery in the preferred service period, it is compulsory that your machinery is fixed within the equivalent of dual that period elseways your service warranty will be null and not viable. Meaning that in which case we preferred that your machine is fixed once every three months, it is required that you get your machinery improved within every six month period or your warranty will not be legit.
A Call-out refers to any point a specialist offers a service at your property. No costs will be implemented for the experts we supply. You will be advised by our experts whether an back-up or other maintenance or service parts restoration is needed or whether everything is in order. During maintenance visits no adjustments or hard labour work will be practised and bookings should made for this to be done at your and our quickest convenience.We provide fundamental and/or full training courses at our premises for all machines we sell. First primary entry courses is combined in your machinery investment, but more improved training can be obtained after the principal course has been achieved.With all our mainline of machines a unique barcode is sold. Accordingly your machines assurance report and maintenance history will always be able to be reviewed in any form and at any instant on our site or while logged off. Our machinery's warranty and maintenance are valued by us using the barcode. This secures your ultimate benefit on both the maintenance and resell of your machines.
