The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
We provide constrained quality warranty on the whole machinery, along with each subsystem if not stated differently. Poor craftsmanship including faulty components defects are covered by the feature guarantee. We aren't liable for frequent wear and tear or mis-usage of your component. Therefore aforementioned would not be covered by our warranty. Deterioration can usually be repaired that are not covered under guarantee, at minimal cost. Quotations will be gladly vacant upon inquiry.The machine(s) which you are going to obtain, will be forcing a regular service. The covered service plan includes standard cleaning, reviewing and calibration, as well as standard wear and tear replacement at a minimum cost. If you do not service your machine(s) within the suggested service period, it is necessary that your machine(s) is improved in the equivalent of twice that period otherwise your service warranty will be invalid and ineffective.
