This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
We offer bounded attribute warranty on the whole machinery, and any subsystem if not stated any other way. Shortages by cause of unfit materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the quality warranty. We aren't liable for everyday wear and tear or misuse of your product. Thus aforestated will not be covered by our guarantee. Often damages can be repaired at minimal cost that aren't covered under warranty. Everyday ravages of time restoration at a minimal cost, investigation and adjustment as well as everyday cleaning are concealed in the service plan.
