The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
We provide bounded quality guarantee on the whole machine, including each subsystem unless stated otherwise. The feature guarantee covers defects by reason of defective materials or poor craftsmanship We aren't accountable for everyday wear and tear or misuse of your machine. Aforesaid is therefore not covered by our guarantee. Certainly, deterioration that are not covered under guarantee can often be repaired at a minimum cost. Quotations will be immediately vacant upon request.Routine service is due by the machinery you are going to purchase. The enclosed service plan contains common cleaning, investigation and adjustment, as well as standard wear and tear reinstatement at a minimum cost. It is required that your machine(s) is rectified within the equivalent of double that period, if you do not service your machinery in the chosen service period, or else your service warranty will be invalid and void. This is to say, you should get your machine rectified in every 6 month period, if we suggested that your machinery is fixed once every 3 months or your warranty will not be valid.
Whenever a technician supplies a service at your property, it refers to a call-out. Except for when confirmed by management or included by any of the above mentioned plans, a call-out cost will be charged. At the point of this quotation, for one day 1 specialist is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays and R 1 499.00 for workdays.Accommodation including transport costs to your property, coupled with the call-out fee, are on your account if required. The experts required preparations to be carried out to get picked up and sent back, are suggested to be made by you.
