This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
We provide restricted quality warranty on each subsystem if not stated elseways, and on the whole machinery. Poor craftsmanship as well as unfit components shortages are covered by the feature guarantee. We would not be held responsible for mis-usage or general wear and tear of your equipment.
