Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router is designed strong enough to to cut and engrave on solid aluminum plate, copper and other soft metal, including on any other materials softer than soft metal. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
We offer limited feature guarantee on each subsystem if not stated any other way, and on the whole machinery. Poor craftsmanship including unfit material shortages are covered by the feature guarantee. We cannot be held at fault for misuse or general wear and tear of your machine. Aforementioned is accordingly not covered by our guarantee. Deterioration can usually be repaired that are not covered under warranty, at minimal cost. Upon inquiry, quotations are gladly accessible.Regular service is needed by the machine(s) you are going to obtain. Everyday ravages of time replacement at a minimal cost, investigation and adjustment as well as common cleaning are enclosed within the service plan. Your service warranty will be null and not viable should you not service your machinery within the chosen service or if it is not serviced in the equal of dual that period. A Call-out refers to each and every time time a technician offers a service at your premises. We will not require any fees for the specialist we provide. During preservation visits no repairs or intense labour operate will be carried out and bookings should made for this to be practised at your and our earliest availability.We supply principal and/or overall training courses through our premises for all machines we sell. When purchasing your machinery, first principal entry courses is enclosed in your purchase, however more improved training can be obtained after the principal course has been completed.A unique barcode is provided with all our mainline of machinery. Check for this reason you will always be able to,in any manner and at any term, check the machinery's guarantee data and assistance history on our webpage or while disconnected. Our machines guarantee and servicing are honoured by us using the barcode. Maximal advantage are secured on both the reselling and service of your machines.
