Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
We offer restricted quality guarantee on the entire machinery, including each subsystem lest stated otherwise. Errors as a result of defective equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the feature warranty. Everyday wear and tear or misuse of your machine is not our constraint. Aforesaid is therefore not covered by our guarantee. Damages can generally be repaired that are not covered under guarantee, at minimal cost. Quotations will be gladly vacant upon appeal.The machine(s) you are going to purchase requires a regular service. Reviewing and adjustment, basic cleaning , as well as general decrement reinstatement at a minimal cost are covered in the service plan. It is necessary that your machinery is improved in the equal of dual that period, if you do not service your machinery within the recommended service period, or else your service warranty will be invalid and ineffective. Meaning, if we suggested that your machinery is fixed once every 3 months, you should get your machinery serviced in every 6 month period or your warranty will not be credible.
Whenever a technician provides a service at your property, it refers to a call-out. Except for when confirmed by management or concealed by any of the above mentioned plans, a call-out cost will be required. One technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, Traveling for weekends as well as R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays at the instant of this quotation.Accommodation including travel costs to your establishment, accompanying the call-out fee, are on your account if required. The technicians necessary adjustments to be made to get picked up and sent back, are suggested to be carried out by you. The ongoing amount is R 9.95/kilometer amplified by the traveling distance between our premises including your place, should you desire for us to come to you.Those charges may vary instant by time without notice, so kindly seek an answer about call out including travel costs ahead of time.Our service plan is suited for you if you just would like our specialist to take a look at your appliance for your satisfaction, or if you want to find out if the appliance is fitted to function optimally. There is no cost for the specialist we provide. Our technician will be able to point out whether everything is in order or if an back-up or further assistance or spares restoration is needed. Regretfully, no reconstruction or intense labour work will be completed during a maintenance visit, but a reservation can be made for this to be completed at your and our earliest convenience.Our warehouse offers principal and/or extensive training courses for all machines we sell. First fundamental entry courses is included in your machinery purchase, but more promoted training can be purchased after the primary course has been completed.With all our mainline of machines a unique barcode is sold. You will therefore regularly be able to check the machine's assurance report and servicing history on our website or while disconnected - in any manner and at any time. By using the barcode we honour our machines warranty and service. This ensures your ultimate convenience on both the selling and service of your machines.
