The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router is designed strong enough to to cut and engrave on solid aluminum plate, copper and other soft metal, including on any other materials softer than soft metal. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
We supply bounded characteristic guarantee on the entire machinery, as well as each subsystem except stated elseways. Shortages by cause of unreliable components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the trait warranty. We aren't at fault for general wear and tear or mis-usage of your equipment. If you do not service your machinery within the preferred service period, it is required that your machine(s) is serviced within the equivalent of twice that period or else your service warranty will be null and meaningless. Meaning, if we choose that your machinery is improved once every 3 months, you should get your machinery rectified within every six month period or your warranty will not be legit.
Every time a service is supplied at your property by a specialist, it refers to a call-out. Lest the call-out is enclosed by each of the above mentioned plans or accepted by the managers, a call-out cost will be charged. At the time of this quotation, for one day one technician is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays and R 1 499.00 for weekdays.Touring costs to your property including accommodation if essential, are on your account, coupled with the call-out charge. We recommend that you organize that the technician gets picked up as well as sent back.
