The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router is designed strong enough to to cut and engrave on solid aluminum plate, copper and other soft metal, including on any other materials softer than soft metal. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
We supply restricted characteristic warranty on the whole machine, and any subsystem except stated differently. The attribute warranty covers shortages by reason of unreliable materials or poor craftsmanship We would not be held liable for mis-usage or everyday wear and tear of your machine. For this reason aforestated cannot be covered by our warranty. Damages can often be repaired that aren't covered under guarantee, at minimum cost. Quotations will be immediately vacant upon inquiry.Routine service is due by the machine(s) you are going to buy. The concealed service plan consists of everyday cleaning, investigation and calibration, as well as everyday wear and tear reinstatement at a minimal cost. Your service warranty will be worthless and meaningless should you not service your machine within the suggested service or if it is not improved within the equivalent of twice that period. This is to say that within which case we suggested that your machinery is rectified once every three months, it is necessary that you get your machinery serviced within every 6 month period or your guarantee will not be credible.
Every time a specialist offers a service at your place, it refers to a call-out. Lest the call-out is covered by each and every time of the above plans or accepted by the the company, a call-out cost will be charged. At the time of this quotation, for one day one specialist is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays including R 1 499.00 for workdays.Settlement including touring costs to your premises, in addition to the call-out cost, are on your account if essential.
